We start with a structured brief. One or two sessions to understand your business, audience, competitors, and what success looks like for you. Then we send a scope of work before anything begins.
Before any visual work, we align on positioning, tone, and structure. For web projects, this means sitemap and content hierarchy. For brand work, this means brand platform and direction.
We work in focused phases. Brand and web design do not happen at the same time. You see concepts at each phase with clear context for feedback, not a wall of options.
Feedback is structured, not open-ended. We work through defined revision rounds with clear scope. This keeps projects on schedule and prevents scope drift.
You receive final files in every format you will need, including Figma sources, export packages, brand asset kits, and developer specifications. Nothing gets lost in the handoff.

We are a design studio, not a development agency. We deliver Figma files, design systems, and developer specifications. We work closely with development partners and can recommend trusted teams if you need a referral.
Most of our clients are distributed. We work with clients in New York, California, Texas, and internationally. All project communication is async-first with scheduled video calls at key milestones.
Brand projects include SVG, PNG, PDF, and Figma source files for every logo variation. Website projects include Figma source files with all components and assets. Design system projects include Figma libraries with documented tokens.
A brand identity project runs 3-6 weeks depending on scope and feedback pace. Our Starter package with logo and basic guidelines is typically 2-3 weeks. Growth and Premium packages including full brand identity run 4-6 weeks.
We share concept directions after the deposit is received and the scope of work is signed. This protects both sides. You will not pay the final balance until the work is complete and you are satisfied.
Yes. After the initial project is complete, ongoing design retainers are available. Rates are agreed at the start of the engagement and cover a set number of design hours per month.
