When refunds are available and when they are not.
Design is a custom professional service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and work has not yet started. Contact studio@designsgrey.com with your order reference. Refunds process within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
If work has begun but not reached a defined milestone, a partial refund covering unstarted work may be arranged at our discretion.
We do not issue refunds on completed and delivered work. We do not refund for subjective preference changes after delivery. If you believe delivered work does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days and we will review.
Raise any concern via email to studio@designsgrey.com. We respond within 2 business days. We want to reach a fair resolution on every project.
