These Terms govern your use of designsgrey.com and all design services purchased from Designs Grey LLC. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.
Designs Grey LLC provides brand identity, web design, UI/UX, design system, landing page, and motion design services. All deliverables are digital. No physical product is shipped under standard service terms.
Each project scope is defined by the package or custom order placed. Changes beyond the defined scope require a scope amendment and may involve additional cost.
Revision rounds are defined per package. Revisions within scope are processed within 3-5 business days. Requests outside defined scope are handled as amendments.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to all final deliverables. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Monroe County, New York.
